The first new development on Main Street, this 88,000 square foot, seven story, 60 unit luxury apartment building was completed in 2003. This project built on former industrial ground, received unanimous support from the neighborhood associations involved with the project. The units were sold upon completion and this remains a staple of the Main Street cityscape.
