1500 South Columbus Boulevard was converted from a former warehouse in 1996. This multi-tenant office building is over 40,000 square feet and is now home to five separate business including Magee Rehabilitation and a division of St Agnes Hospital. The square was a large improvement to the Delaware Riverfront's faltering landscape.
