Bridge Five Condominiums

3742 Main Street, Philadelphia

On the Schuylkill River in Manayunk, this is an 88,000 square foot, seven story, 60 unit luxury  condominium building with on-site parking. The building was newly constructed on former industrial land after Tower obtained an Act 2 Release of Liability from the Department of Environmental Protection of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. This project received unanimous support from all four neighborhood groups involved in development and civic affairs, when other developers had met with opposition. Designed and built by Tower’s in-house development department.
