Sugar Mill Development is a 30 acre parcel that spans from Reed Street to Tasker Street along Columbus Blvd.  The proposed development will be the first mixed use development on Philadelphia’s southern waterfront.  The two phased development includes two retail parcels fronting Columbus Blvd.  and multi-family residential stretching all the way to the river.  The first retail parcel will have a Giant Supermarket at the corner of Reed Street and Columbus Blvd. scheduled to open 2021.    The second parcel at the corner of Tasker Street and Columbus Blvd is a multi-tenanted 30,000 square foot retail center scheduled to open in 2022.
